4. Provide Billing Address

Fill the name, email and billing address details. Verify your email through OTP. Provide any additional information such as 'Notes'.

5. Make Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa card and Master Card. If you prefer direct bank transfer, we can send you the IBAN number after placing your order so that you can transfer money online or make payment in CDM machines. Your order will not be processed until payment is done.

Yes, we have specified the number of emails and storage along with each web design package. If you needed more emails/email storage you can order separately from email hosting plans.
We offer IMAP emails that you can access on mobile and desktop. IMAP allows you to access your email wherever you are, from any device. When you read an email message using IMAP, you aren't actually downloading or storing it on your computer; instead, you're reading it from the email service. You can access the email through webmail (we will give the login URL) and if you have Outlook on your mobile/desktop you can configure it there.
We can give information on how to add your email box to Outlook. Outlook is a third party tool just receive the emails which is beyond our support. We support any issues with Webmail or email server. The support for all our products is online through email/WhatsApp/Phone and no in-person support is available.
Yes, now a days SSL certificate (to start with https:// instead of http://) is mandatory for Google to get better SEO. We offer free lifetime SSL on our hosting servers. If the web hosting is provided by you, we can install SSL only if free SSL is available on your hosting.
If we booked the domain and web hosting provided by us, we will send you reminder to renew the services before the term of expiry or one-year term. The normal term of domain and hosting are one year. In the first year, website hosting is free. With some packages domain is also free for first year. Renewal fees are mentioned in the relevant product pages.
After placing the order make sure the payment is done. We will contact you as soon as possible to get the required information for processing the order. Alternatively, you can send an email attaching all the necessary information as a reply to the order confirmation email that you will receive. We will customize the website and upload the files into your domain for your review. Within the number of revisions/reviews allowed for each package, we will finish the website and launch it online. We will finish the process within the stated project duration.
It will affect the whole delivery process and we will not be responsible for the subsequent delays resulting from it.
Yes, after the website has been launched, we will send you a PDF copy stating all the terms mentioned on the product page for your future reference.
We can initiate a refund only if we cannot deliver what we have promised on the website. If we cannot deliver the site due to delays/shortage of resources from the buyer, we will not be responsible for it and hence no refund request will be processed.
You can cancel the order through an email request before we start processing the order. If the status of the order in your account is 'Processing' your cancel request cannot be processed.
