You will be able to follow the status of your tickets from here. If you are an existing buyer/customer, please log in with your existing email and password and then follow the status of your tickets. If you need to raise a new ticket or submit your documents, please go to the ‘Help Desk‘ menu under the ‘About’ menu at the top of the page.
